What is your returns & exchange policy

If you would like to return something you have ordered from us, please contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of your order being delivered.To allow us to process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details.

We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items but can supply a return postage label for use within the UK mainland. If item is shipped out of our factory outlet which is abroad, we won’t be able to offer returns.

Returning from overseas? Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns label and cannot refund the price of your return. If your item is faulty please get in touch with us so we can assist you further.

We are only able to offer returns on overseas, Products if the items are faulty from any of the given items or we can only replace if item is in our stock in local ware house Liverpool, Uk. In order to get return or new product, you have to send it back to Uk’s local warehouse

What is your returns address?

We do require any faulty items to be returned to us. Upon receiving the return, it will be processed through our warehouse and a replacement or refund will be issued, dependent on stock availability. Our Customer Services team will arrange for a label to be sent to you, that will allow you to return the faulty item free of charge using the DPD drop off service.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 working days. This may take longer during busy periods.

Despatch & Delivery
  • Parcel tracking information will be sent via email on dispatch of your order.
  • A signature may be required. If you are not in, your order could be left in a safe location or with a neighbour. If these are not available, your order will be re-attempted for delivery the next working day. Please review your tracking detail for updates.
  • Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent in two despatches to ensure non-personalised items are dispatched within 10 working days.
  • Orders for non-scripted personalised items and personalised items will take 2 weeks as these are handmade products.
  • For seasonal events, check our listed Last Order Dates to avoid disappointment.
Delivery Restrictions
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas, Italy, Spain, Russia, and Ukraine.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Changing Delivery Address

We are unable to change the delivery address for an order once the order has been confirmed. As such, please ensure that you take extra care when entering names and addresses.
